2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products.
Because many of our charms and bracelet components are small, detailed items, actual colors, finishes, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing differences, or product batches.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. Some charms are available in limited quantities and may sell out.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.
3. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED BRACELETS
Many products offered by The Charmed Life are customized according to the charms, links, colors, styles, and configurations selected by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selections before submitting an order.
Because customized bracelets are assembled according to individual customer selections, eligibility for returns or exchanges may be different from that of non-customized merchandise. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.
4. BRACELET SIZING
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate bracelet size and/or number of links.
Sizing information provided on our website is intended as a guide. Individual fit preferences vary, and The Charmed Life cannot guarantee a particular fit based solely on wrist measurements.
Please review our sizing information before ordering.
5. PRICING
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability at any time without prior notice.
Prices displayed at the time an order is submitted will generally apply to that order unless there is an obvious pricing or technical error.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when required.
6. ORDERS & PAYMENT
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
7. SHIPPING
Orders are shipped according to the processing and shipping information provided in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other transportation issues.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

9. CARE OF PRODUCTS
Italian charm bracelets and charms contain small components and should be handled with reasonable care.
Avoid exposing jewelry to excessive moisture, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, or other substances that may affect its appearance or finish.
Normal wear, scratches, discoloration, or damage resulting from improper use or care are not considered manufacturing defects.
10. SMALL PARTS
Our bracelets, charms, links, and accessories may contain small components.
These products are not toys and may present a choking hazard to young children. Customers are responsible for keeping small jewelry components away from children when appropriate.
11. WEBSITE INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current. However, occasional errors may occur regarding product descriptions, pricing, availability, photographs, promotions, or other information.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information when necessary.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At The Charmed Life, we want you to love your Italian charm bracelet and every charm you choose. Because many of our bracelets are custom assembled specifically for each customer, our return policy differs for customized items.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
CUSTOM BRACELETS & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Custom-built and personalized bracelets are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or charm selections made by the customer.
A bracelet is considered custom when it is assembled using charms, links, sizing, or other options selected by the customer.
We encourage you to carefully review your charm selections and bracelet size before placing your order.
INDIVIDUAL CHARMS & NON-CUSTOM ITEMS
Unused, unworn, and undamaged non-custom merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please contact us at kelsey@thecharmedlife.shop before sending any return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by The Charmed Life, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We carefully inspect and package orders before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kelsey@thecharmedlife.shop.

If we determine that an item arrived damaged or defective, or that we made an error fulfilling your order, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund.
INCORRECT SIZING
Customers are responsible for selecting their bracelet size.
Because custom bracelets are assembled according to the size selected at the time of purchase, we cannot provide refunds for bracelets ordered in an incorrect size.
If your bracelet does not fit, please contact us. Depending on the bracelet and availability of components, we may be able to help you purchase additional links or discuss other adjustment options.
NATURAL WEAR & PRODUCT CARE
Normal wear and tear is not considered a product defect.
Scratches, fading, discoloration, finish changes, stretching, or other damage caused by normal use, improper care, moisture, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or accidental damage are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at kelsey@thecharmedlife.shop.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a custom bracelet has been assembled or an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by The Charmed Life or otherwise required by law.
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, custom bracelets purchased during sales or promotions remain final sale.
Any additional return restrictions applicable to a particular promotion will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If a package is lost during transit, please contact us so we can assist with determining the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The Charmed Life cannot guarantee replacement or refund of packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.
